The standard version of this manual is written in Microsoft Word. Open the file "Standard Version" and you can print the manual (267 Pages) Alternatively, you may open any of the chapters below and print them.

This manual is formatted for printing to  8.5" x 11" paper, with room for a 3-hole punch along the either the left or right margins. This means that all 267 pages can be printed (using single-sided printing) to form a 267 page manual, or they can be printed on two sides, using less paper.
